The leading UK charity in the field, Action for M.E. provides a wide range of information to people with M.E. and their families and carers.  M.E. (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/ Encephalopathy) is also known as  CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) or PVFS (Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome).
